Health Advocacy Consultations
Medical systems shouldn’t feel like a maze—but they often do.
I’ve worked with so many clients (and friends) who’ve waited months to see a doctor, only to be told to “just lose weight,” that “it’s anxiety,” or to “take Tylenol.” These aren’t just frustrating experiences—they're examples of systemic bias that disproportionately affects women, queer folks, fat folks, and disabled people.
If you’re feeling dismissed or confused by the healthcare system, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
As a healthcare professional with years of clinical experience, I know how the system works—and I can help you navigate it. I can “translate” what your doctor is saying (or not saying), explain lab results or imaging, and help you prepare for upcoming appointments so that you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
In your first consultation, we’ll:
Talk through your current health concerns and medical history
Review any recent lab results or imaging
Strategize how to communicate clearly and effectively with your provider
Practice questions or boundary-setting language for your appointment
Identify options or next steps based on your unique situation
You may also choose to schedule a follow-up if you’d like support reviewing new results or processing treatment options your doctor has proposed.
This is a direct, advice-based session (unlike coaching), focused on helping you feel prepared and informed when navigating medical care.
60-minute session - €120
I offer a sliding scale because I believe everyone deserves access to support, regardless of income status. Please choose the rate that feels doable for you within the range of €50 to €120. Please message me for scheduling, and I will make a sliding scale coupon for you.
Optional follow-up sessions for continued support - €100
